A paradigm shift

I'm reminded of something a friend used to chuckle and say. "Proper Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance". As they say, we don't plan to fail, we fail to plan.

They teach gap analysis and swot analysis. I was drawn to woopmylife.org/en/ and it's wish - outcome - obstacle - planning methodology.

Everyone in a team needs to believe in shared goals and have their vibrational levels on the rise. That's why I liked the team lead who immediately got us all into sessions on retraining the subconscious mind from our mentor, who had learnt from the likes of Bob Proctor.

Every year, as a company or team matures, it should spend say a month collating all the improvement data points, ruminate on its failures and come up with a revised way of working.

The forward looking companies may even publish this as a guide and caution to others. This will happen when we stop competing and start helping each other and our work ecosystems grow.

Here is a quick template I put together with a YM At Work co facilitator.

Way of Working

  1. Main Issues Faced
  2. Solutions
  3. Impact if Adopted
  4. Who can Drive these Changes
  5. Role of HR
